Are you purchasing a home?

We will make sure that not only are all the systems functioning properly, but that they are safe and do not pose any costly problems  right away. Plus all of our inspections are guaranteed.

Home Safety Inspections

Have you purchased a new construction home within the last year?

If you've recently purchased a new construction home, don't let your home warranty expire without having a safety inspection done. Once the warranty is up, you may be responsible for costly repairs that were an oversight by the builder. Most home warranty's last 12 months, so let us come through before it's up to make sure everything is functioning and safe.

Have you lived in your home for more than 10 years?

Let us make sure everything in your house is still safe and functioning properly. We can also let you know what repairs or upgrades might be due or how long you have until certain costly issues may arise.

Light Commercial Inspections

Are you looking to buy or already own a small commercial property?

Small commercial spaces with no more than 4 units and 10,000 square feet or less are no problem for us. We will make sure that it is a safe and functional environment for you and your tenants.

Radon Inspections

Is there Radon in my home?

First of all, don't let the word Radon scare you. It does exist in Colorado and it can be harmful to  your health. However, if you like a home, buy it - Radon can be reduced. Thats why we offer an EPA approved Radon test. This invlolves leaving speacialized equipment in the home, undisturbed, for a minimum of 48 hours. We then collect the equipment and send it off to a lab located in Colorado. They run the findings through equipment that is callabrated constantly to make sure it is up to EPA standards. After a day or two the results are emailed to you. At this point you can discuss the findings with us and your agent and see if any action needs to be taken.
